Workplace Sub-Processors

In connection with the provision of the Workplace service, Meta has contracted the named entities below to act as Sub-Processors of Applicable Personal Data (as defined in the Data Processing Addendum to the Workplace Online Terms). The table indicates the name of each Sub-Processor, the country location of each Sub-Processor and which activities each Sub-Processor has agreed to perform.

The terms below provide some further information on the activities being provided:

"Customer Support" means support as initiated by Customer, in accordance with the Workplace agreement.

"Data Center/Data Storage" means the operation and maintenance of the data centers and equipment that may store Applicable Personal Data.

"Technical Support" means services including software and systems engineering and maintenance support. The Sub-Processor may require limited, authorised access to Applicable Personal Data in order to, for example, remediate technical issues or fix bugs for Customers.

"Account Management" means provision of account management support services. The Sub-Processor may require limited access to Applicable Personal Data in order to provide such support to you.
